Are you saving money on tuition by using the Scrip program?

When you purchase scrip, you’re purchasing gift certificates and gift cards that are used just like cash. You can use Scrip for your everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you support your child's education at Divine Savior School. Some families have made a significant financial impact on the cost of their children's tuition, simply by buying gift cards for gas and groceries.


How does Scrip generate tuition for you?

With each gift card purchased, a percentage of the cash value can be applied to a child's tuition. You can also elect to have it placed in a general tuition-assistance fund for the school. Each retailer returns a different percentage, from one to eighteen percent. The parishes will send the accumulated percentages to the school where it will then be applied to tuition accounts.


We encourage you to ask other family members or friends to purchase Scrip on your behalf to help you increase your savings. Many grandparents participate in the Scrip program! Scrip cards are not more expensive than the cards you purchase at the store.


Where can I buy Scrip?

There are three ways to buy scrip:


1) Scrip is sold in the parish offices during the weekly office hours. If you would like to place a specific order for scrip, email/call Kim Driscoll or Lynne Becker ahead of time and they’ll have your order ready for pick up during the day.

2) All three parishes sell scrip after the weekend masses. Check the parish mass schedule for more information.


3) You can also order online through the RaiseRight App. You can join the program by downloading the RaiseRight app and then entering the Enrollment Code:
