Board of Trustees

Consisting of parishioners of its member parishes, The Board of Trustees is delegated by the Board of Directors of the St. Peter & Paul, Holy Rosary, and St. Ann parishes to provide a high-quality, personalized, Catholic-based education that inspires and empowers its learners to achieve academic excellence and develops life-long learning skills. Learners are challenged to walk as disciples in the footsteps of Christ, valuing knowledge, prayer, and service to others. The Board is delegated the responsibility for the governance of the school, except for those matters and decisions which are properly reserved to the Diocesan Bishop, the Pastor, the Parish Leader, and the principal.

This group works according to established by-laws. The board meets on the third Tuesday of each month (except July & December) in Room at Divine Savior School. Committees reporting to the Governance Board are the Finance, Policy, and Marketing committees.
